At Spotlight our processes, products and services are underpinned by our ISO 13485:2016 certified Quality Management System, which ensures confidence, quality and integrity in our pathology tools and associated services. Our quality system ensures we continually work to achieve customer and clinical satisfaction. 

Top-Level Policies

Our business is committed to: 

• Meeting customer requirements and expectations in all aspects of accuracy, clarity, customer care, delivery, lifespan, quality and reliability. 
• Providing products and services in a manner that supports the strategic direction of the business whilst at all times maintaining the best interests of our interested parties. 
• Communicating effectively with all our personnel, our customers and our other interested parties using appropriate communication channels, including meetings, events, our website, social media, newsletters, etc. 
• Treating each other, our customers and our other interested parties in a manner that demonstrates the utmost respect and courtesy in all matters regarding our business activities. 
• Using our top-level policies, mission statement, vision, values and attitudes to derive the top-level objectives for our business. 
• Operating a management system that complies with the requirements of the statutory and regulatory frameworks within which we operate. These include the requirements of both the ISO 13485:2016 medical devices quality management system, and the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards.  
• Improving the effectiveness of its management system on a continual basis by involving, training and motivating all our personnel.
